Through functional strength and endurance training I will help you hike further, bike faster, and ski stronger. Whatever your outdoor passion may be, I will provide you with the tools and knowledge necessary to support an active lifestyle and to keep you going on your adventures.
From May to October we keep our training outdoors, where we are the happiest.
Tuesdays from 6:00-7:00 pm we push, pull, run, jump at Stanley Park, by the playground off of 42nd Avenue SW.
Come prepared to work up a sweat and have a great time doing it. Bring water and an extra layer (you never know with Calgary weather!).
When the days get shorter and colder, we bring the outdoor training inside!
Indoor classes run November to April every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:45 pm at Fitness Evolution Studio.
There are change rooms, a washroom, and a water cooler. Please ensure to bring clean indoor shoes to workout in.
